Scorecards

Use employee workspaces, scorecards, reporting relationships, and Same Page meetings.

Scorecards supports recurring manager workspaces, employee scorecards, priorities, initiatives, tasks, decisions, development notes, and Same Page meetings. It contains sensitive employee information and is restricted by both feature access and person scope.

What You Can See

  • Scorecards administrators can manage the full approved roster and reporting relationships.
  • A scoped user sees their own workspace and active direct reports assigned to them.
  • Microsoft Graph may suggest directory and reporting-line context, but the curated RevTracker relationship remains authoritative for workspace access.

If a direct URL exposes a person outside your expected scope, stop and report it as a security incident.

Workspace Dashboard

Choose a person to review current signals, priorities, initiatives, tasks, decisions, development context, and direct reports. The dashboard is the starting point for a recurring one-on-one.

Use saved facts and agreed actions. Avoid credentials, medical details, or other information that does not belong in a performance and development record.

Scorecard

The Scorecard tab stores period-based metrics by domain.

  1. Select the current or historical period.
  2. Review the status signal and entered values.
  3. Use Edit only when you are authorized to change the selected structure.
  4. Enter the metric value and concise supporting note.
  5. Watch for the saving indicator before leaving the page.

If another session changed the same scorecard, the app reloads the newer version and asks you to re-apply your edit. Do not ignore the conflict message.

Same Page Meetings

Use the Same Page tab to prepare and retain recurring meeting context. Confirm the attendee/relationship, review priorities, record concise meeting items, and save decisions or actions in their proper workspace section.

Meeting notes do not write to ConnectWise, Microsoft Graph, or another external system.

Relationships and People

Administrators can add people, attach manager/report relationships, and create scorecards from approved templates. Prefer an exact Microsoft Entra match when available. Manual entry remains available when Graph is unavailable, but names and emails must be verified to avoid attaching records to the wrong person.

The organization view is reference-only Graph data. A Graph outage affects photos, directory search, and the reference org chart; saved Scorecards content remains in RevTracker.

Privacy and Retention

  • Share data only with users who have a legitimate management or administrative need.
  • Record objective work and development context, not rumors or unrelated personal data.
  • Correct a mistaken relationship or identity mapping before adding more notes.
  • Report unexpected roster visibility, photo access, or cross-person data immediately.
